Refund and Return Policy
Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don’t go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.
You Only Place your request for a return or a refund within 7 days of the date of delivery for following 2 reasons only - other-than these 2 reasons, we don't offer any return or refund:-
Reason 1: This is not what I ordered (Satisfactory Proofs Required) - If you receive an item that is damaged, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically photo's, Video of Original Received Product taken within 1 Hour Max from the time of Delivery - and you may be required to return the item.
Reason 2: It never arrived - If you don’t receive an item you ordered maximum of 150 Working Days from the date of dispatch - you are eligible for a refund.
Please Note: We Don't offer any type of Return Pick-up - Buyer have to send return with his own return shipping expenses to our china center by any traceable courier or post company.
if a Reason: I changed my mind - (Please Read Our Order Cancellation Policy) if you change your mind you can cancel an order within 8 hours max of the time you placed it (Please Read Our Order Cancellation Policy). Orders Placed more-than 8 hours can not be cancelled or apply for refund - Products Already Shipped or/and In Transit, Under Processing and Packing Status can not be eligible for any Order Cancellation or Refund Request
Order Cancellation and Refund not acceptable if the product reached to destination country and address but not accepted delivery due to any reason. in case product rejects on delivery it will be Void and not eligible for any refund.
Return and Refund requests should be placed from within the website - locate the order in your order history and click Customer Support.
we will not consider refund requests unless the latest estimated arrival date has passed or the item has arrived and it is incorrect or damaged.
Return of Funds - if all above conditions matches and after stylezone approves a cancellation or refund and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, We will return or credit the amount of the purchase to your original payment account which you use at the time to placing an order - Please Note: Refund Amount - Bank Processing Will take 2 to 4 Weeks Time (up-to 30 Working Days) to Process and Credit Back Amount in Your Account and Reflect in Your Account
Any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded and (as described above) in some cases the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
This Policy may be updated from time to time.
